We acknowledge Jesus’ atonement as the evidence of divine, efficacious Love, unfolding man’s unity with God through Christ Jesus, the Way-shower; and we acknowledge that man is saved through Christ, through Truth, Life, and Love as demonstrated by the Galilean Prophet in healing the sick and overcoming sin and death. S&H 497:13-19

The prayer that reforms the sinner and heals the sick is an absolute faith that all things are possible to God, a spiritual understanding of Him, and unselfed love. S&H 1:1-4

  • The Bible

    The Bible is the foundation for the theology and practice of Christian Science. Jesus’ ministry especially shows how we can experience healing and regeneration as we learn that our true identity is completely spiritual. The first chapter of Genesis states clearly that we are made in the image and likeness of God. The lives of Abraham, Jacob, Moses, and the prophets, as well as those of Jesus and his followers, are rich examples of God’s power to reform and heal.
  • I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12

  • Science & Health

    For Mary Baker Eddy, Christian Science flowed out of an inspired understanding of the Bible. Through prayer and biblical study, she learned about the divine laws behind spiritual healing. These laws of God are powerful, always in operation to heal, redeem, and bless humanity. The title of her primary work, Science and Health, includes the phrase “Key to the Scriptures.” This indicates its inseparable connection with the Bible. When describing her discovery of Christian Science, she wrote, “The Bible has been my only authority,” and, “The Bible contains the recipe for all healing” (Science and Health, pp. 126, 406). Of the six brief tenets of Christian Science, the first is: “As adherents of Truth, we take the inspired Word of the Bible as our sufficient guide to eternal Life” (Science and Health, p. 497).

Mahalo Nui to everyone who joined us as we Celebrated our Dedication Service, on January 8, 2023 in person and via Zoom. We are truly grateful for your Aloha and Support, it was a beautiful service and celebration. Mahalo Nui to Jeff Peterson for gracing us with his amazing nahenahe ki ho'alu stylings, it was a pure Blessing to our Sunday Service and Fellowship. The nahenahe ki ho'alu was inspirational, healing, peaceful, joyous, and rejuvinating to our ears and souls. Mahalo to the amazing slack key lady Cindy Combs for gifting us a lovely duo mele with Jeff Peterson. Nani Loa `olua Mahalo for all the kokua lima hana in making this Dedication Service a blessed success. Mahalo Ke Akua!
Congratulations Makana Duncan, on a job well done, Graduating from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa in the field of Hawaiian Studies and Psychology. No ke Akua ho'opomaika'i ia oe me ka 'ike, ka na'auao, ka mea nui iloko kou hana e hiki mai ana, Amene. Makana Duncan has been a member of Christian Science Society Kaua`i from birth till present, attending Sunday School as well as teaching students in Sunday School. She graduated from Waimea High School in 2019 and now at UH Manoa. Makana continues her master's degree, looking forward to graduation in the summer of 2026. We are truly proud of her accomplishments, and we continue to keep her in Pule for great successess. Mahalo ke Akua no na mea apau, Amene.
